Brocoli nuggets rice

Ingredients
Brocoli
Veggie nuggets
Rice (100g p.p.)
Sesame oil
Salt
Garlic
Steps
Cook the rice according to instructions on packaging. Ideally, leave it in the fridge overnight.
Chop the brocoli in generous chunks then blanch them for 2-4min.
Add some oil in a large pan on medium high heat. When the oil is hot, put the garlic and mix well for 2-3 min.
When the garlic is golden, add the brocoli in the pan and let it cook for 5min.
Put the pan on high heat. Add the rice, the salt and some more sesame oil and fry the rice until golden brown.
While the rice cooks, put the nuggets in the airfryer for 8min.
Put everything in a bowl and enjoy!
