Ingredients
Vegan buns
Vegan mayo
Ketchup
Onion
Tomato
Vegan steaks
Sweet potatoes
Vegan cheese
Olive oil
Steps
Cut the potatoes in long chunks, put them on an oven tray and cover them with some olive oil.
Put them in the furnace on high heat.Cut the onion in thin slices and fry it in a pan until golden brown.
While the onion cooks, cut a few slices out of the tomato.
When the onion is cooked, use the leftover oil to slightly cook the inner side of the buns.
Put the buns aside and put mayo on one and ketchup on the other (Or any other sauce you like).
Add a little bit more oil to the pan and start cooking the steaks on medium low heat. Cover the pan to create some steam.
Once the first side of the steak is cooked, flip it and add a slice of cheese on the cooked side. Make sure to cover the pan again.
When the steak is cooked and the cheese melted, you should dress your burger like so: Bun, onion slices, cheese slice, steak, tomatoes, bun.
Take the potatoes out of the oven and flip them in a bowl with some salt.
Put everything in a plate and enjoy!
