Simple wraps

Healthy vegetarian wraps for a quick weekday meal.

Ingredients

  • Wraps

  • Tomato

  • Bell pepper

  • Garlic and herbs cheese

  • Red beans (2 cans)

  • Veggie nuggets

Steps

  1. Cook the red beans in a large pan with a bit of oil.

  2. While the red beans are cooking, cut the tomato and bell pepper in small dices.

  3. When the red beans are cooked, remove them from the pan, add a little bit of oil and cook the wraps until they are a little bit crispy.

  4. Put the veggie nuggets in the airfryer for 8 minutes.

  5. Cover the cooked wraps in cheese then add all the ingredients in them and close them.
